Start your meal off right with our signature Texas Rose®… it’s big enough to share, but many of our guests want to keep it all to themselves. Or try our Taste of Texas Sampler platter, complete with Lone Star® Skins, Buffalo Chicken Tenders and Crispy Onion Strings. Next comes our latest signature creation – our Signature Steak & Wedge Salad. The only thing better than our already famous Signature Lettuce Wedge, is that you can now enjoy it as a steakhouse meal. We’ve paired our Signature Lettuce Wedge with tender sliced steak medallions (or mesquite-grilled chicken breast , if that is your preference).
