Kahrs prepares dishes with the highest quality ingredients available, like grilled tuna with a pineapple-mango relish and beef tenderloin with the restaurant’s famous Grand Marnier orange sauce.

Kahrs, a Greensboro, NC native, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in the kitchens of upscale restaurants from Wilmington to Boston. His favorite thing to cook? Scallops and soup. At the Chop House, the scallops are pan seared and served with brown butter, lemon, and parsley. A favorite menu item is the she-crab soup, and a homemade soup of the day is also available.
